TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF
OXFORD RESEARCH GROUP PRODUCTS
1. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
Oxford Research Group must receive payment of the whole of the
price for the goods via WorldPay Ltd. that you order before your
order can be accepted. Once payment has been received Oxford Research
Group will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending
an email to you at the email address you provide in your order
form. Oxford Research Group's acceptance of your order brings
into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2. PRICE
a. The prices payable for goods that you order is as set out
in our Web site.
b. You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might
not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
3. WITHDRAWAL BY YOU FROM THE CONTRACT
a. You may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to the
end of the seventh working day after you make your order even
if you have then already received the goods. You do not need to
give Oxford Research Group any reason for withdrawing your order
nor will you have to pay any penalty.
b. To withdraw your order you must notify Oxford Research Group
in writing at the following contact address:

c. If you have received the goods before you withdraw your order
then you must send them back to the Oxford Research Group contact
address at your own cost and risk. If you withdraw your order
but Oxford Research Group has already processed the goods for
delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received
by you and you must send the goods back to Oxford Research Group
at the Oxford Research Group contact address at your own cost
and risk as soon as possible.
d. Once you have notified Oxford Research Group that you are
withdrawing your order, any sum debited to Oxford Research Group
from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon
as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED
THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by
Oxford Research Group in the condition they were in when delivered
to you.
4. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS YOU ORDER
If Oxford Research Group has insufficient stock to deliver the
goods ordered by you, any sum debited by Oxford Research Group
from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and
Oxford Research Group will notify you by email at the address
given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon
as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Oxford
Research Group will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation
for disappointment suffered.
5. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
a. Oxford Research Group will deliver the goods ordered by you
to the address you give Oxford Research Group for delivery at
the time you make your order.
b. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when
they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered
to you they will be held at your own risk and Oxford Research
Group will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
6. LIABILITY
a. If the goods Oxford Research Group delivers are not what you
ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect
quantity, Oxford Research Group shall have no liability to you
unless you notify Oxford Research Group in writing at the Oxford
Research Group contact address of the problem within 10 working
days of the delivery of goods in question.
b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days
of the date on which you ordered them, Oxford Research Group shall
have no liability to you unless you notify Oxford Research Group
in writing at the Oxford Research Group contact address of the
problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
c. If you notify a problem to Oxford Research Group under this
condition, Oxford Research Group's only obligation will be, at
its option:-
i. to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
ii. to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective;
or
iii. To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in
question in whatever way Oxford Research Group chooses.
d. Oxford Research Group will not be liable to you for any indirect
or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you
notify to Oxford Research Group under this condition and Oxford
Research Group shall have no liability to pay any money to you
by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount
paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
e. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any
rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law
that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Oxford
Research Group's liability to you for any death or personal injury
resulting from its negligence.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Oxford Research Group shall have no liability to you for any
failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing
so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused
by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
8. INVALIDITY
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any
provision in which Oxford Research Group excludes its liability
to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions
will not be affected.
9. GOVERNING LAW
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have
jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, together with the current Oxford
Research Group Web site prices, delivery details and Oxford Research
Group contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating
to the supply of the goods to you by Oxford Research Group.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing
signed by a director of Oxford Research Group. In particular nothing
said by any Oxford Research Group staff member, or anyone speaking
on behalf of Oxford Research Group should be understood as a variation
of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation
about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Oxford
Research Group. Oxford Research Group shall have no liability
for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
11. INTERPRETATION
In these terms and conditions:-
"Oxford Research Group" means Oxford Research Group, registered
charity No. 299436, limited by guarantee;
"working day" means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends
and statutory and public holidays;
"us" means Oxford Research Group and you together; and
"you" and "your" means the person ordering goods under these
terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
Oxford Research Group is providing this site on an "as is" basis
and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect
to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations
and warranties. In addition, Oxford Research Group makes no representations
or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability
for any purpose of the information and related graphics published
in this site. The information contained in this site may contain
technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability
of Oxford Research Group howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies
or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted

to availability and Oxford Research Group reserves the right to
refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.

transactions through a secure server to protect your credit card
information. However, any losses incurred or sustained by customers
who transmit information by means of email or other internet link
shall be borne solely and exclusively by that customer and in
no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by
Oxford Research Group. If you are using a public computer, you
must sign out when you have finished shopping.

In order to purchase publications through our website you will
be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name
and email address etc). By entering your details in the fields
